Krista Patramanis

Born and raised in Cave Creek, AZ, Krista's journey began at Cactus Shadows High School, graduating in 2013. Her love for rhythm and movement led her to accomplishments with the CSHS dance team, contributing to their AIA State championship in 2011 and a prestigious USA Nationals Hip Hop title in 2012.

Krista's academic pursuits took her through a BA in Public Relations & Advertising at Chapman University, followed by a BSN from Chamberlain University. Transitioning from her role as a dedicated registered nurse in the healthcare settings, Krista embraced her entrepreneurial spirit by founding Uplift Skin in Cave Creek, specializing in advanced skincare treatments.

A beacon of health and fitness in the community, Krista's expertise extends beyond skincare. With a rich eight-year background in group fitness coaching, competitive fitness, nutritional counseling, and personal training, she stands as a testament to the power of dedication and holistic wellness.
