Bio
Krista is a Cave Creek native, and graduated from Cactus Shadows High School in 2013. As a competitive dancer, Krista was on the CSHS dance team when they won AIA State in 2011 and USA Nationals (Hip Hop) in 2012.
She has her BA in Public Relations & Advertising from Chapman University, and her BSN from Chamberlain University. She has worked as a registered nurse for various health care clinics and now owns Uplift Skin where she provides advanced skin care treatments.
Krista is very passionate about health and wellness. She has over eight years of experience in group coaching, fitness competitions, nutrition programming, and personal training.
