Bio
Themistocles has lived in Arizona since 2011 when he moved here from his home country, Greece. He has 20+ years of experience in various forms of martial arts. He was a member of the Greek National Team in Kung-Fu Sanda and was undefeated for three years.
Themi has his degree in Physical Therapy studies, and has multiple certifications in different personal training methods.
